REFUND/RETURN POLICY FOR EXAM VOUCHERS, ONLINE COURSE CODES, ONLINE CLASSES, AND OTHER PRODUCTS
Fees once paid for certification vouchers, training programs, online courses, and other products are refundable under certain conditions. Refund/Return can only be initiated in some special cases and must be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase. Such refunds will be processed after deduction of necessary taxes, handling charges, out of pocket and administrative expenses.
Refunds are applicable within twenty four (24) hours of purchase, when a exam voucher, online course codes, online classes and other products are purchased but not intended to be used, this can include purchases for products made in error.
A refund can be requested should a teacher not attend a class on the day specified without notice given to the Student that they will not be able to attend (within +2 hours of the class start time). A refund can also be requested in the event where the student paid for x minutes/hour and only received 50% of the time without a booking for the remainder of the minutes/hour.
Refunds/Returns are at the sole discretion of edVentr only.
Products provided and/or sold by edVentr, resellers, or otherwise affiliated parties are subject to the product’s return policy owned by the respective third party.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EXAM VOUCHERS AND ONLINE COURSE CODES
Orders placed online through the edVentr website once processed cannot be canceled provided edVentr is notified within twenty four (24) hours of purchase.
